No mockups. This is the actual Toolshop Live screen flow, cut as one short run. It plays on its own. Tap the screen to pause, or jump to any chapter.

    One timer per job

If two people start the same job, the system stops the second. Hours never count twice.

    Scrap card

Each scrapped part gets a cause, an owner and its full cost in hours and material.

    Service reports

Maintenance checklists per machine, with parts used and the date the next service is due.

    Projects close themselves

When the last operation is done, the project moves to done. Daily priorities expire on their own.

    Price it for your shop.

Pick your machine count. The monthly price follows it. Setup is a one-time fee for configuring Toolshop Live around your shop.

    Questions shop owners ask.

    Do I need new hardware?

No. Operators and engineers log in with a PIN on any device with a browser, such as a tablet or a PC by the machine. Toolshop Live tracks work through that terminal. It does not read data from the machine controller.

Does it connect to my ERP or QuickBooks?

Not out of the box. Toolshop Live runs next to your ERP, and reports export to Excel. If you need a connection, we talk about it on the demo call.

    How long does setup take?

We add your machines, operators, engineers and open jobs together, then train your people. The time depends on the size of the shop, and I give you a plan on the call.

    Where is my data stored?

In a cloud database. On the call I walk you through hosting, backups and who can see what. Hourly rates and costs are visible only to admin and office accounts.

    Can I start small?

Yes. Start with one cell or a few machines and add more as the floor adopts it. The monthly price follows your machine count.

    Who builds and supports it?

NNMachining. The app was built inside a working toolshop and is improved from real shop-floor use.

Put your shop on this screen.

A 20-minute video call. I show you the live floor view set up for a shop your size, and you decide if it fits. Demos run in US daytime hours.
